Hello!
So as my first post about food on this blog I thought I'd start with a fairly unusual one. Whilst in a hotel I ordered room service and asked for the Quattro Formaggio Pizza (four cheese). When it arrived I got quite a surprise: It was green!
At first I was wary about trying it but it turned out to be delicious. The pizza base had spinach in it which made it green. There was no tomato sauce like pizzas you would find in the UK and the cheese was just on the base. It tasted marvellous!
The cheeses on top consisted of Brie, Emmenthal, Parmesan and Mozzarella, a delightful mix. Another great thing about this pizza was the really cute box it came in!
